Brigstowe Diabetes Peer Support
If you have type 2 diabetes and live in Bristol, North Somerset, or South Gloucestershire, Brigstowe peer mentor service can help you take control of your health.
Their peer mentors also have type 2 diabetes and want to meet with you to share their own experience of living with the condition. They will provide you with the right information and support to help you learn more about diabetes and live well.

The NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme provides free support to people at high risk of Type 2 diabetes. Check whether you’re at risk and then self-refer yourself by completing the free ‘Know Your Risk’ tool.

Moving from FreeStyle Libre system to FreeStyle Libre 2 system
You are currently prescribed the FreeStyle Libre flash glucose monitoring system in line with the local prescribing policy. We would like to bring to your attention that the ‘FreeStyle Libre 2 flash glucose monitoring system’ is now available and you will be automatically moved over to it.
