Breaking Free Online is a digital application to assist patients who may have an addiction to substances. The application can help as a tool to help identify the problematic nature of your addiction and gives tools to help you address various behaviours. It is most effective when used in combination of face to face services, either drug and alcohol services or GP services.
Breaking Free Online does require some data or Wi-Fi services to link the person to their account. There is a sister app which downloads onto devices and does not require Wi-Fi/data services and is available to the user when offline.
