This year, we’re excited to be making some fantastic improvements to our building! As we work to enhance our practice, there may be a few changes that impact our day-to-day services. We’re committed to ensuring these updates bring even better experiences for you, and we’ll be making improvements to:
- The office used by our health navigators to answer calls. (Phase 1)
- The reception front desk (Phase 1)
- The ground floor waiting area (Phase 1)
- Implementing a solar energy solution (Phase 2).
- Certain consultation & treatment rooms (Phase 3)
Phase 1
Phase 1 will start on the 17th of February and last 3 weeks. During phase 1, we will be running reduced services for the safety of our staff and patients.
Our waiting room will be closed on the following dates: 17/02, 03/03, 04/03, 05/03, 06/03, 07/03. If you have an appointment on these dates that is face to face, please arrive at your appointment time only to avoid waiting. We will setup a temporary, smaller waiting area within the building.
Our main reception desk will be closed on the following dates: 17/02, 18/02, 19/02, 20/02, 21/02, 03/03, 04/03, 05/03, 06/03, 07/03. We ask that you do not come into the surgery unless you have an appointment. We will setup a temporary reception desk to support patients attending for an appointment.
During the whole three weeks, please do not come to the surgery unless you have an appointment. If you need to contact us, please do so over the phone on 0117 980 5100, or by completing a form on our website.
Phase 2 and 3
Phase 2 and 3 will be planned after phase one is complete.
