When you submit a complaint, we will endeavour to acknowledge this within two working days during opening times. This reply will provide the expected time frames and next steps. We will either reply:
- Directly on our website (you will receive an email)
- By Email directly
- By phone call
- By post
Before you start
We’ll ask you for:
- your first and last name, date of birth, sex, postcode, email and phone number
- if applicable, the details of the person you are completing the form on behalf of
If it is not possible to raise your complaint immediately, please let us have details of your complaint within the following timescales:
- Within 12 months of the incident that caused the problem.
- Within 12 months from when the complaint comes to your notice.
