This page explain how we can help you synchronise your repeat prescriptions if you currently have to order them at different times.
The next time you pick up your repeat prescription, count up the tablets you have left and fill in the form at the end of this page. We will issue a one off prescription of the tablets you need to synchronise all your prescription to within 1 or 2 days.
You can use this service if you:
- are registered at the surgery
- order more than 1 repeat prescription at different times in the month
Before you start
We’ll ask you for:
- your first and last name, date of birth, sex, postcode, email and phone number
- if applicable, the details of the person you are completing the form on behalf of
