Infection control statement

Your health and safety are really important to us. We work hard every day to keep our practice clean and reduce the risk of infections for everyone.

Here’s what we do:

  • Cleaning: Our practice is cleaned regularly to meet national healthcare standards.
  • Hand Hygiene: Our team follows strict handwashing rules, and you’ll find hand sanitiser stations around the building for your use.
  • Personal Protective Equipment: Staff wear the right protective equipment when needed to keep you and them safe.
  • Safe Equipment: All medical instruments are cleaned and sterilised according to NHS guidelines.
  • Trained Team: Everyone here receives regular training on infection prevention.
  • Regular Checks: We carry out audits and reviews to make sure we’re always meeting high standards.

How you can help:

  • Please use hand sanitiser when you come in and before you leave.
  • If you have symptoms like a cough, fever, diarrhoea, or vomiting, let us know before your appointment.
