Getting your test results
If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you.
Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them:
- in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
- in your Patient Access account
- by phoning us on 0117 980 5100 after 2pm
If you have a test, we rely on you to check for the result. The practice will not contact you automatically. Once the doctor has studied the results, a receptionist can give most results over the phone. However, you may be asked to speak to the doctor for some test results.
Please do not ask receptionists to explain your results as they are not clinically trained.
